We warmly invite passionate and motivated students and researchers to join the InSAI Lab!

We have multiple positions for Postdoc, PhD, Master students, Bachelor students, Research assistants (RA), Internships, Visiting students. Students from backgrounds such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Electronic Engineering, and Automation, as well as those interested in interdisciplinary research, are all welcome to apply.

At InSAI Lab, we are building a research team that values both scientific depth and social impact. Guided by the mission "Enabling AI to enhance human capabilities," our research spans the following areas:

• Scene Understanding and Visual Perception: From 2D images to 3D dynamic environments, we push the boundaries of machine perception. Our work integrates visual recognition, vision-language models, and interactive perception to help AI systems interpret and reason about complex real-world scenes.
• Embodied Intelligence and Co-Navigation: From knowing to acting, we study how intelligent agents can perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with their environments. By bridging perception, language, and actions, we aim to build systems capable of instruction following, spatial reasoning, and safe collaboration with humans.
• Autonomous Systems and Sensor Fusion: From autonomous vehicles to robots, we design robust, perception-driven autonomous systems for real-world operation. This includes semantic mapping, panoramic sensing, and multi-modal sensor integration to enable resilient and context-aware decision-making in dynamic settings.
• Assistive Intelligence and Human-Computer Interaction: From wearable assistive devices for people with visual impairments to document accessibility and user-centered interface design, we develop inclusive technologies that extend human capabilities and promote accessibility.

我们诚邀充满热情、积极进取的学生加入 InSAI 课题组！

诚邀对视觉感知、智能辅助、人机交互等方向充满热情的伙伴，加入课题组！目前开放博士后、博士生、硕士生、本科生、科研助理、访问学者、实习生等多个岗位，欢迎来自计算机、人工智能、机器人、电子工程、自动化、控制等专业以及有志于开展交叉学科研究的同学申请。

在 InSAI 课题组，我们致力于构建一个兼具科研深度与社会温度的研究团队，围绕让AI真正理解世界，辅助和增强人类能力这一核心理念，开展研究（包括但不限于）：

• 场景理解与视觉感知：从二维图像到三维动态环境，尝试不断突破机器感知的界限。通过整合视觉感知、视觉语言模型和交互式感知，以帮助人工智能系统解释和推理复杂的现实世界场景。
• 具身智能与协同导航：从视觉到行动，系统研究智能体如何感知、理解、导航并与环境互动。通过连接感知、语言和行动，旨在构建能够遵循指令、进行空间推理并与人类安全协作的具身智能系统。
• 自主系统与传感器融合：从自动驾驶汽车到机器人，设计鲁棒的、感知驱动的自主系统，用于真实场景任务。例如语义地图、全景感知和多模态传感器集成，以实现在动态环境中进行弹性和情境感知的决策。
• 辅助智能与人机交互：从面向视障人士的可穿戴辅助设备到文档无障碍访问和以用户为中心的界面设计，开发包容性技术，以扩展人类能力并促进无障碍访问。

我们拥有良好的科研环境、自由的讨论氛围、多元的国际合作，与Oxford、ETH、KIT等知名高校保持密切合作，团队成员可参与国际会议、期刊发表、联合培养、名企实习、海内外访学等机会，支持长期发展路径。
